Breastfeeding is often considered “natural”, but it doesn’t always come easily or without ups and downs for all mums. I know this from experience as a breastfeeding mum.

Through my breastfeeding journey with my son I have faced many challenges, particularly recurring mastitis and a breast abscess. However, with great support and guidance we were able to overcome these challenges and continue with our breastfeeding journey and enjoy the benefits that come from it. 

I believe having good breastfeeding support and information are really important for all families, especially mums, during their breastfeeding journey. Therefore, I am passionate about providing support and information to anyone who needs it, whether they are about to start or are already on their breastfeeding journey.
